We are happy to inform that PROFKOM company, our Authorized Partner, has completed the system for residents about threats in Olsztyn and neighboring municipalities.
As part of the project we provided:
- digitexCZK/IP public warning system software (server and web application),
- 77 pcs. of high-power DSE digital electronic sirens equipped with digital Kenwood radios,
- 7 pcs. of RPD/C digital radio access points allowing the system to communicate with sirens via digital radio transmission.
New sirens work in a hierarchical system, divided into province, district and municipality. The digitexCZK/IP WAVE web application managed the warning system. There are 3 communication channels with sirens: digital radio, IP and GSM transmission.
In addition 20 sirens work in mixed mode. They can be controlled from the digitexCZK/IP WAVE application as well as from the Rescue and Fire Brigade in Olsztyn.
